This act includes the following information:
1. The 8 quarantined communes are: Adancata, Salcea, Ipotesti, Bosanci, Moara, Scheia, Patrauti and Mitocu Dragomirnei.
2. In the quarantine zone the entry and exit are allowed only for:
a) freight transport, regardless of its nature, of the raw materials and resources necessary to carry out economic activities in the quarantine area, as well as to supply the population;
b) persons who do not live in the quarantined area but who carry out economic activities or in the field of defence, public order, national security, health, emergency situations, local public administration, welfare and social protection, judiciary, public utility services, energy, agriculture public food, water supply, communications and transport.
3. Access to the international airport „Stefan cel Mare” from Suceava is allowed only for flights with national aircrafts, freight and mail, humanitarian or emergency medical services, as well as non-commercial technical landings.
4. The Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communications and economic operators in the field of rail passenger transport will not market travel tickets for the transport of passengers in the quarantine zone, except the cases referred to in par. 2.
5. Access between localities through other areas and access roads than the ones open to public traffic on European, national, county and communal roads is strictly forbidden.
