Raluca Neacsu is an Associate with Trofin and Associates since 2017.
Raluca Neacsu graduated from University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law and is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016. She holds a Master Degree in Criminal Law from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law and is also a speaker of English.
Her area of expertise covers Civil Law, Commercial Law, Enforcement Proceedings, Administrative Law, Labour Law, Intelectual Property Law and Criminal Law.
Her experience covers legal assistance in front of the public and private institution, for supporting and defending clients`s interests.
Since joining the team, Raluca has been involved in a variety of commercial, intelectual property cases and construction matters, including legal due diligence investigations, reviewing the commercial agreements and providing legal advice in data protection field.
In this regard, she represents the clients in front of the Court in cases concerning the content, enforcing, amendment or resolution of the commercial or civil agreements and also, in relation to the real estate matters.
In addition, she provide legal assistance during the criminal investigation of a case.
